Pre Purchase Building Inspections

You should always have both, a pre purchase building and termite inspection, done before you finalise the property purchase

We recommend you make it a condition of your contract, very important clause as it could save you thousands in the end

We conduct a visual appraisal of the condition of the property highlighting existing defects within our report

If there are particular parts of the building you are concerned about, you should discuss this with your inspector prior to his inspection

If possible you should be present when the inspection is being done.  Make sure you understand the scope of the inspection (what the inspector will and will not look at) and the inspector answers any questions or queries you may have before purchase
